- Find the nearest restaurant with counter seats facing an open kitchen, and take the seat that is free.
- Order one thing, then watch the pass instead of your phone.
- As each plate is finished, guess what it is and which table it is going to before the waiter lifts it.
- When yours comes, work out which station made it and what order the parts were cooked in.
