The Recipe
- Find a choir, ensemble or community group that lets people sit in on a rehearsal: a church group, a university society, an amateur orchestra. Take the first one whose rehearsal you can reach.
- Turn up, tell someone you'd just like to listen, and take a seat at the back.
- Watch them work a passage over and over, not just perform it.
