The Recipe
- Find the nearest social dance that welcomes beginners: a milonga, a salsa night, a folk dance, the first one running, not the best.
- Go to the taster hour if there is one, and stay for the open floor after.
- Ask three different people to dance across the night, however each one goes.
- Thank each of them properly when the song ends.
